3 Advertising Wins Recognition from 2007 Communication Arts Design Annual

Albuquerque, NM (PRWEB) October 30, 2007 -- A logo created by 3 Advertising for Albuquerque's Osuna Nursery has been selected for inclusion in the Communication Arts Design Annual, which, according to the magazine's website, is the world's most eminent design showcase.

The recognition is considered the top juried competition in the world for graphic design. More than 15,000 entries from the international advertising and design community are submitted. In the logo category, only 20 designs are selected for award recognition.

About 70,000 copies of the 2007 design annual are distributed and sold worldwide.

"This recognition shows that great branding and identity work can be done for any type of client, in any location," said Tim McGrath, design director of 3. "You don't have to be a Fortune 500 company to have a powerful, memorable identity," added 3 Advertising Creative Director Sam Maclay.

In the two years since its founding, the Albuquerque firm has garnered national and international recognition for its work from the Print Magazine Design Annual, The One Show, Graphis Design Annual, the National Addys, Graphis and the American Marketing Awards. The firm handles full-service advertising and design duties for more than 20 clients throughout the Southwest and continental United States.
