Schumacher Formula 1 Ferrari F2002 to Display at Festivals of Speed in Orlando
Orlando, Fla. (PRWEB) October 4, 2007 -- On Nov. 4, 2007, in Orlando, the Festivals of Speed will display the worlds finest exotic cars featuring the Ferrari F2002 that Michael Schumacher drove to win the Formula 1 World Championship in 2002. The Festivals of Speed will be held Nov. 3-4.
The F2002 body design is substantially different from previous F1A cars. Being Ferrari's 48th racecar, the single seat has longer side pods, a lower nose cone and the front wing positioned higher. The chassis is composed of a carbon-fiber and honeycomb composite structure. It has seven gears with a semiautomatic sequential electronically controlled gearbox.
The car has a 051 V10 engine with a displacement of 2997 cc. It is a stressed member and is mid-longitudinally mounted. This 40 valve DOHC machine has Magneti Marelli digital electronic injection and static electronic ignition.
Michael Schumacher is considered by many to be the best racing car driver of all time. In 2006, he retired from F1 ending his career with seven world championships. In 2004, he won his fifth consecutive world championship, which is the record. He has 91 career wins, 154 podium finishes and once scored 148 points in a season, all of which are F1 records.
On Saturday, Nov. 3, a "Jet-Port Reception" will be held in an aircraft hangar from 8 p.m.-11 p.m. As per FAA security measures, the location is provided to ticket holders only. The show will display vintage & contemporary aircraft, exotic cars, custom-created motorcycles, high-performance boats and luxury products. A silent auction will be held to benefit the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
On Sunday, Nov. 4, the event continues at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, 4040 Central Florida Parkway. It will start at 10 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. The main attraction is the Ferrari F2002. The show will also display some of the world's finest vintage and contemporary automobiles, motorcycles and watercrafts with the honor marque going to Ferrari and Lamborghini. Vehicles set for display include, Bugattii Veyron, Ferrari FXX, Ferrari Enzo, Lamborghini LP 640, Porsche Carrerra GT, Mclaren, Ducati, Bimota and many others.
Both nights will have entertainment and refreshments. On Saturday, there will be an open bar, themed food stations and more. On Sunday, there will be smooth jazz, drawings to win MOBIL1 TWELVE HOURS OF SEBRING race tickets, jewelry, automotive art, automotive magazine subscriptions, and an awards presentation. Onsite cafes offer food, wine tasting and cigars.
Saturday tickets cost $65 per individual and $120 per couple. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Sunday tickets cost $10 per individual. Sixteen and under are free.

Art, Music and Literature Based Communities
What drives people? Some may say inspiration, our ambitions and needs; this is not very far from saying that people are driven by the inspiration provided by art and music as well as by the need to quench our literary thirst. For most people reading a book, watching a movie or listening to their favorite music isn't enough of an experience, the most important part is to interact and get validation from people with the same interests about our point of views and opinions.
